It takes 1 – 2 weeks for US Address shipment.
It takes 3 – 4 weeks for Worldwide Address shipment.
Please note: This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Cancelation, Refund and Return.

- We will refund 100% or resend a new one for defective products by ourselves. For example: misspellings, wrong names/numbers, poor print quality… Please contact us with photos.

How much does shipping cost?

How long will it take from order to receiving the order?
Here’s a breakdown of the timeline:
Production Time: We process orders on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. It takes about 1-2 business days to create DTG products, 2-6 business days for All Over Print Apparel products, and 3-5 business days for non-apparel (Home Decoration, Accessories etc.) products.
Shipping Time: Currently standard shipping: DHL and USPS (excluding APO/FPO addresses: AE, AO, AA, AP, PR, VI, GU, MP, AS). Depending on your location, the general standard shipping time is approximately 7-10 business days.
