Return and refund policy

Teemoes.com is an on-demand printing website, all products are unique and made to order. Once an order has been sent to production, it will be sent to the Manufacturer and you can no longer edit any details or cancel the order. Therefore, please fill & double check the order information carefully. After 24 hours of successfully placing the order, your order will not be available for edit or cancel. 
We will refund 100% or resend a new one for defective products by ourselves. For example: misspellings, wrong names/numbers, poor print quality… Please contact us with photos.
In any case, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are happy to assist.
