When you order from Teemoes Shop, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order’s shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

How much does shipping cost?

You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.

How long will it take from order to receiving the order?

Here’s a breakdown of the timeline:

Production Time: We process orders on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. It takes about 1-2 business days to create DTG products, 3-7 business days for All Over Print Apparel products, and 7-10 business days for non-apparel (Home Decoration, Accessories etc.) products.

Shipping Time: Currently standard shipping: DHL and USPS (excluding APO/FPO addresses: AE, AO, AA, AP, PR, VI, GU, MP, AS). Depending on your location, the general standard shipping time is approximately 8-20 business days. Express shipping is (DHL, Fedex, TNT etc) 5-7 business days.

Tracking Number

Your tracking number will be sent to you via the email you used to place the order. If you did not receive a tracking number AFTER the processing days have been completed THEN email us for more updates. 
 
Tracking number says “Pre shipment” / “Label not in system, what does this mean? 
 
Sometimes , the order says this because it has not either been shipped, USPS has not scanned it yet, your package is lost or it has been mishandled. If you find that your tracking number hasn’t updated after 2 weeks then contact us.
 
Wrong shipping address/ email/ incorrect information at checkout?
If you placed an order with wrong information, please contact us IMMEDIATELY after, before the order is shipped out, and provide with correct information.
 
If your package is already sent out, please contact the local express company for this issue. Normally they will call the contact number shown on the parcel if the package cannot be delivered.
 
Lost Orders with Delivered Status – Orders with a status of “delivered”
Lost Orders with Delivered Status – Orders with a status of “delivered” is to be assumed by all parties that the order was in fact delivered. In case tracking information says delivered but you haven’t received any items
 
Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. Check with your neighbors first, look around the entrances of your residence on back porches, in bushes, garages, under grills, or in other places out of sight.
 
If you’ve ruled out all of the above, we suggest reporting the issue to the local post office and file a claim. Ask them who delivered the parcel, and have them trace the precise shipping route, details about that day’s delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information. 
 
We do not cover service errors, including loss, theft, or postal/shipping issues. If an investigation determines that the package was not delivered due to a shipping error, kindly send us the proof and then we will further assist you with refund or reshipment of the items.

SHIPPING RESTRICTION

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he fills the correct shipping address in (especially the exact number of the apartment in a building). If you found some problems with your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us via email address [email protected] so that we can assist you to change it to the right form. Otherwise, we will send you the carrier’s phone number so that you can contact them and correct your address.

To reduce the shipping cost as much as possible, we use the one-way shipping service so if the package is returned to the sender, even if the tracking update shows the “delivered to original sender” it does not mean the package was returned back to our warehouse address but our shipping agency storage. Therefore, please be informed that we are unable to refund the order if:

– The package failed to be delivered after several attempts by the shipper.

– You refuse the package.

– The package was failed to be delivered because of any problem relating to the shipping address you provided.

– You state that you have not received the package but the tracking update shows that the package was successfully delivered or showing the “delivered” status.

For lost or missing packages that are agreed to be replaced by us, we will only provide you with the information of the shipping carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you can track your package.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We support shipments to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties, taxes, local taxes and charges are not included in the item price and shipping cost. Sangtee is not responsible for reporting or paying taxes. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer’s responsibility.

All orders are made on Sangtee are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, import taxes and duties will not be paid through Sangtee. Instead, the shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery of your merchandise depends on the sales tax laws of the location to which you are shipping.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
